Jump Trampoline Club Welcome Pack
Welcome to Jump T.C. This pack is designed to give you information about the club and has information you need to down load sign and return to the club coach Karen Street. It contains codes of conduct, the Constitution of the club and the child welfare policy adopted by the club, Emergency evacuation, membership form and Insurance form.
The club constitution, all policies, Codes of conduct and emergency procedures should be read and fully understood by all parties.
The membership form should be filled out and returned all Annual payments will be included in the January course fee.
The insurance form should be filled out and returned with the due payment if joining part way through the year and ongoing annual subscription for B.G. will be included in the autumn course fee payment.
